Who We Are

We are the education app that learners love. We want to get people out of poverty by providing them with accessible, quality education. We are a team of passionate teachers, developers, and education evangelists who are on a mission to provide quality education to the masses. We have educated over 450,000 students across Southeast Asia so far – and we’re just getting started!

What We Do

We make English accessible to everyone by providing affordable high-quality courses through our mobile app. We teach English by using the learner’s native language, so it doesn’t feel alien or scary to them. We are backed by close to 30 years of R&D and 20 years of teaching experience. Our proven SOLS methodology is Cambridge-aligned, ensuring you are eligible to sit for the Cambridge exam after going through our lessons.

Why We Do It

We realize that English is the passport to a better job, better studies and overall a better life. English has become necessary for work, travel, and further learning. Because of the lack of quality English education in public schools, 72% of the general population do not speak employable English. We want to democratize English. English should not be exclusive only to those who have money or are in expensive private schools, or good city schools – that’s just unfair. English should be inclusive. It should be for all.
