SOLS edu offers currently offers two course types with an option to take live classes. The refund period is extended for longer courses, allowing you more time to get the full experience of the course you purchased.
- Skills Courses - These are short courses with a 7 day money-back period.
- English Courses - These are long courses with a 30 day money-back period.
- Live Classes - When you purchase live classes for English or Skills courses, there is a 90 day money-back period.
For you to successfully receive a refund for a purchased course, you must:
- Submit a Refund Request anytime within the money-back duration of the purchase date stated on the ‘My Purchases’ page. The money-back duration of each course is stated on the course page or will follow the durations defined in the section above.
- Provide a reason as to why would like a refund when filling out the Refund Request form.
You will not be eligible for a refund if:
- You have completed the respective course and have received or are in the process of receiving your course certificate.
- Your student account has been reported for violating our Terms & Conditions, Safeguarding or Anti Corruption policy.
- You request for your refund to be sent to a different destination (e.g., another card, e-wallet or bank account). Refunds can be sent back only to the original payment method used in a charge.
