Nadzif hails from Pengkalan Hulu, Perak. He joined SOLS 24/7’s education programmes as a student in 2011. Nadzif realised that he was able to grow personally and professionally under the guidance of SOLS 24/7. He aspired to provide the same opportunity to the community around him. In 2013, he worked as a Trainee in Borneo, Sabah. In 2014, he was transferred to Timor Leste as a Centre Manager. In 2015, he became an English teacher at Sungai Siput. His diverse experience gave him a solid foundation in teaching as well as project management skills.
Soon after, he began teaching basic computer skills at SOLS Academy of Innovation, a training and boarding programme for youths from the B40 communities. He was also involved in the JPK program as a computer refurbisher. Currently, he is SOLS 24/7’s Operations Officer where he assists with maintenance and computer/laptop repairs. Apart from that, his responsibilities also include managing operations, issuing e- certificates, maintaining facilities and working closely with the Supervisor.
