Aishu's biggest drive in life has always been to make a positive difference in the lives of others. This drove her to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Upon graduating, her desire to uplift the community around her grew stronger. After graduating, she worked with children with special needs at her hometown in Johor for 2 years. This experience made her realise that she wanted to play a role in facilitating support and acceptance to the people who are in need of help.
This realisation propelled her to spontaneously embark on a career as an Educator. With a passion for social impact and teaching, Aishu joined SOLS 24/7 as a Community Centre Manager in 2020. She worked with the grassroots community at Pulau Carey, Selangor by immersing herself in the Orang Asli culture. Her initiatives include educating the community with English classes and revamping the ways education was being delivered. Currently, she conducts various online courses on Public Speaking, Communication Skills, Job Preparation Skills for different age groups.
Aishu’s role as an Educator has given her the inspiration and motivation to show up as her best self for the community, and she has never looked back since.
